Terry K.

Terry (Kipper) has been with Aztec for two seasons now. Originally, he came to us from Ferns F.C. where he was outstanding in goal. However, he joined Aztec on the understanding that he played out on pitch, where he was an outstanding defender for the season. After one year of playing on pitch, Terry and Liam decided to swap places. So, for the whole of the last season, Terry has been our first choice goalkeeper, and what a good signing he has been!

He has saved Aztec on many occasions with some fine reflex and brave block saves. Terry has saved penalties, scored penalties, acted as a sweeper and generally been very good for his defence. If there is one thing that we must point out about him, it is that he is not loud enough. Most attackers see his size and they are immediately worried, if they heard his voice too, they would be petrified (just like Schmeichel does or did for Man Utd). So if you are reading this Tel, speak up!

Terry has a great kick on him and this gives him a big advantage over most young goalkeepers, who usually have to use an outfield player to take longer goal-kicks. The only nick-name for Terry so far is Kipper, so called because we want to hear him shout it more when he is challenging for the ball (well, it sounds like keeper doesn't it). Terry's uncle Peter is the teams physio and also helps with the running of the team.
