Richard (Sherlock — he always wears a Deerstalker hat) joined
Aztec at the start of last season and sometimes struggled to break into the
team. A strong left foot and plenty of heart have turned things around for him.
He has played in goal for Aztec on several occasions, standing in when our
regular keeper is injured or missing. The position played most by Richard is
left-back, but he will be the first to admit that he does not enjoy it there.
One
of Aztec's biggest jokers, Richard often messes around during matches and
training, but when needed he is always there and shows good leadership quality.
Always taking the opportunity to cuss his team-mates and play jokes on them he
often finds himself on the receiving end. Great team spirit and a very good team
player, Richard has decided that he wants to knuckle down and try to win a
regular place in this impressive Aztec team. However, Richard still enjoys a
joke ahead of everything else.
